Site Engineer /Site Supervisor

    Responsibilities

  • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Supervise the quality of work at site and at workshop.
  • Talk and understand client/Builder requirements.
  • Production plan timely updates of production team and also maintain update of Installation team at site.
  • Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
  • Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Coordinate with vendors for delivery of material.
  • Should have good technical knowledge and be able to read and execute the drawings.
  • Day to day planning and managing site activities, Knowledge of material inspection, supervising labour teams and overall site management.
  • Coordinate with carpenter teams at site and keep regular check of material and stock.
  • Check measurement of work done at site and certify contractor measurement.
  • Must have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
  • Requirements:

  • Experience with AutoCAD software.
  • Production Planning, Production Supervising
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Description

Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards.
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail Education and Experience Requirements:
